Grief Support Class Sign-Up

Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services of Colorado Grief Support Program
* Grief Support Classes will be offered virtually via Zoom to families on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00 PM.
* The classes will cover the following topics:
Understand your experience of grief
Distinguish between grief, depression, and traumatic stress
Understand the stages of grief as applied to a person’s journey
Developed strategies to help cope with grief
* There is no fee for this class.
* Sign-up for each month’s class will end of the Monday prior to the class at 6:00 PM.
* Space is limited in each session to ensure the effectiveness of the class.
* A confirmation email will be sent to you with a link for the class at least 24 hours prior to the class.
